A sigh of relief..... no changes in today's mammogram. Now to get rid of this skin cancer....3 more weeks of treatment and then we will see how that goes. I am still waiting for revisions on my hips for the scar tissue that formed after my (Diep) reconstruction....otherwise looking good for 2012.

We had a wonderful vacation over the holidays. I didn't post as I just wanted to enjoy my time without having to sit at a computer. We spent some real quality time together....just the two of us alone for 13 days. We walked the beaches in California, took in some of the sights and hiked at Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas. I did have to take it easy at times due to the side effects of that chemo cream I am having to use. Right now I look like Rudolf...a red nose. They say it has to get worse before it gets better and that is the only way to tell if the treatment is working. I just wish there was a way to be sure that they got it all but like my doctor said ...only time will tell.
