Thursday I met my new oncologist and he is really nice. He was really thorough and had taken the time to go over all of my history and reports that Jason had written over the last 3 years. He has ordered a mammogram to be done now but we are hoping what can be felt is just glandular. He also picked up a small heart murmur but he isn't to concerned about it at this time........funny that my GP has never picked it up.
Jean and I have decided in 2013 for our 50th anniversary we are going to renew our vows in Las Vegas. As soon as we mentioned this to the family over Thanksgiving they immediately said they would be there. We have to make some kind of arrangements soon because my sister can reserve some time sharing condos in Las Vegas but they apparently get booked up about 2 years in advance. So far there is about 10 that will be joining us and even a friend that was at our original wedding that I have not seen in many years said they would come.
This weekend I am hoping the weather holds out and we can get to a few Halloween haunts and pumpkin festivals.
